  • Consulting

    I help organisations embed anti-racism, equity and inclusion across leadership, culture, strategy and operations. I bring experience in impact investment, participatory funding and human-centred design, working collaboratively to create practical, people-centred solutions.

    Research

    I conduct qualitative, lived-experience research rooted in care. This includes outward-facing research into impact and community experience, as well as inward-focused work such as equity audits, staff insights and culture reviews.

    Workshops

    I design and facilitate accessible, participatory workshops and learning programmes on equity and inclusion. Blending evidence, data and lived experience, my sessions create reflective spaces where teams learn, unlearn, build confidence and strengthen their impact.

    Impact Investment

    I’ve worked with leading UK impact investors, including Big Issue Invest, the Growth Impact Fund, UnLtd and Impetus, to embed equity and anti-oppressive practice across their work. From equity audits to workshops on investment bias and inclusive investment design, I help shift how investment decisions are made and who benefits.

    Collaborated with the Camden Community Wealth Fund, a £30m social investment initiative, to design inclusive learning and evaluation processes. This work embedded reflection, equity and evidence-based decision-making across participation and diversity pilots, ensuring funding better reflects local people and reduces inequality in Camden.

    Good Finance

    As a former Director of the Good Finance team, I helped charities and social enterprises navigate impact investment through user-centred, accessible resources. I led strategies to boost reach and engagement while embedding equity and inclusion across its strategy, tools, and learning platforms - opening up access to finance for underrepresented communities and levelling the playing field in the sector.

    Since 2022, we have partnered with Macmillan. In our role as an open strategy partner, we work to centre the lived experiences of people with cancer within the organisations' strategy.
